Once you purchase, you’ll get an email with a link to my calendar. You can book your time directly. 

I aim to offer consults within 1 week of purchase. If none of the available slots work, just reply to the confirmation email or write to info@twstraining.com and we’ll find a time outside normal hours. 

If we truly cannot find a time that works, I’ll refund you in full.

Consults are held on Zoom. You don’t need to install the app—you can join straight from your browser via the link provided upon booking. 

Zoom lets us talk face-to-face, share screens, and even review training videos if you have them.

I’m based in EST. If you live in another time zone and can’t find a good slot, email us and we’ll manually arrange a time that fits. I also offer extended hours when needed.

No. All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection!

Having access to a gym is a bonus, but it’s not required and won’t be needed during the call.

After the call, some of the exercises and advice may involve basic equipment. You won’t need a full gym—simple tools like resistance bands are usually enough to carry out most of the recommendations.

The TWS Consult is a service, and with all services, time is the commodity. We value yours and ours equally.

We do offer a 100% money-back guarantee if I cannot provide you with actionable advice that fits your situation. However, refunds will not apply in the following cases:

  • No-Shows – booking a session and not showing up will not qualify for a refund.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice – late cancellations cannot be refunded, as this prevents us from helping other clients.

  • Failure to Book – you have 1 week from purchase to book your session. Failure to do so without contacting us will void your refund.

  • Showing Up Late – sessions will end at the scheduled time. If I have extra time, I’ll gladly extend, but it’s not guaranteed.

  • Emergency Cancellations – life happens! If an emergency comes up for either of us, we’ll reschedule as soon as possible. Emergencies will be accommodated but are not refundable.
