1-On-1 Mobility, Strength & Corrective Exercise Coaching

If you’re here right now, chances are you’ve been dealing with stiffness, pain, or movement restrictions for a while.

And at this point, it might be creeping into your training, your everyday life, or both.

Maybe it’s a shoulder that never seems to fully clear up. Maybe it’s your low back, your hips, or an old injury that keeps coming back.

My goal with 1:1 coaching is to take a closer look at your situation, understand what’s been going on, and build a personalized plan around what your body actually needs.

We won’t just work on mobility and corrective exercises. We’ll also build the necessary strength so the progress we make actually has something to hold onto long term.

Now, this isn’t for everyone.

It’s not a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all, AI-generated program.

You’ll work directly with me through custom programming, weekly 1:1 check-ins, exercise demos, form feedback, and ongoing adjustments based on how your body responds.

HSA/FSA Support for U.S. Clients 🇺🇲

We’re currently exploring HSA/FSA payment support for qualified U.S. clients.

For clients with a diagnosed medical condition, 1:1 corrective exercise coaching may be eligible for HSA/FSA payment or reimbursement with appropriate documentation.

TWS Training provides corrective exercise, mobility, and strength coaching. We do not diagnose medical conditions, provide physical therapy, or replace care from a licensed medical provider. Eligibility is determined by your individual HSA/FSA plan and documentation requirements.
