I Never Received an Order Confirmation
If you've made a purchase on our website but haven't received an order confirmation, it's possible that there was a typo in your email address, or your autofill feature might have used a different email address than the one you intended to provide.
If you find yourself in this situation, don't worry! Please get in touch with us at info@twstraining.com, and we'll update your order with the correct email address and resend your order confirmation.
Please note that having the correct email address on file ensures you receive all subsequent notifications, including shipping confirmations and tracking details.
My Package Was Never Shipped
In the event that your package has not been shipped, it could be due to an issue with the shipping address provided during the ordering process. Common address-related errors include missing apartment numbers, inaccuracies, or incomplete information.
Please be aware that when our system detects an address error, we do not ship the package, as carriers typically return the parcels to us.
In such cases, we will make up to three attempts to contact you via email to confirm and rectify the address details. If our efforts to reach you are unsuccessful, we will proceed to initiate a refund for your order after a 30-day waiting period.
