Important Update for Our U.S. Customers

As of May 2nd, 2025, a new U.S. government rule has gone into effect, ending the duty-free treatment for certain imports. This means that goods valued at or under $800 are now subject to tariffs. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and shipping process, we’re impacted by this change.

What does this mean for you?

For physical products: After careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to no longer ship our physical products to the U.S. unless the tariff situation changes.

These new fees and tariffs would significantly increase the price that you, our customers, would have to pay for our TWS products. Any orders shipped to the U.S. would be subject to these new duties, which will be added to the final price and charged when the package enters the U.S.

For digital products: Good news! Our TWS Training Programs and Toolkits are exempt from these new tariffs, so you can still purchase them on our store. Upon purchasing, you’ll receive instant access to these digital products and can start training right away!

Exchanges and replacements: Because of these new tariff rules, exchanges and replacements on past orders will be paused. If you encounter any issues with previous orders of physical products, please contact us at info@twstraining.com.

We love our American customers, and this decision is solely based on keeping our prices as low as possible. We are closely following the situation and hope to resume operations in the U.S. as soon as the circumstances change.
